Seaton Burn Heritage Project. A Creative Partnerships project designed and delivered by us at Seaton Burn Community College. The aims of the sessions were to give the pupils more pride in their area and a better understanding of its history. We organised field trips, art and drama workshops, and ICT sessions which culminated in the production of a manga-style comic retelling the story of real-life Edwardian Seaton Burn characters. The comic was also produced as a series of aluminium display panels.
